Privacy Policy
Last updated 14 August 2026. This policy explains how muhammadasubhani.xyz handles personal information.
1. Who this covers
Muhammad Afzal Subhani / BlocksGenie Technologies LLC operates this site and the consultation, speaking, and advisory services offered through it. For any question, including privacy requests, use the contact form.
2. What is collected
If you use the homepage contact form: name, email, message, and optional company, location, phone, and enquiry type.
If you book a consultation: phone, country, role, company size, referral source, practice and package, answers to the brief, session goals, scheduling preferences, timezone, and any files you upload. You also record that you accepted the Terms, Privacy Policy, and non-refundable payment policy.
The site uses Google Analytics (G-WQX801NTDN) for aggregate traffic. Google may set cookies under its own policies.
3. How it is used
Information is used to respond to you, prepare for a session, confirm a time, process PayPal payment, deliver the work, and keep basic records. It is not sold and is not added to unrelated marketing lists.
4. Documents you upload
Optional files (PDF, Office documents, and images within the stated size limit) are stored privately so they can be reviewed before a call. Do not upload passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or credentials. You may ask for uploaded files to be deleted after the engagement.
5. Payments
This website does not collect or store card numbers, bank details, or CVV. Checkout is handled by PayPal. PayPal processes the payment under its own privacy terms. This site only receives confirmation that a payment or subscription succeeded, failed, or was attempted — enough to confirm the booking and keep accounts.
You must accept the Terms & Conditions, including the non-refundable fee policy, before payment is completed.
6. Sharing
Email hosting, website hosting, analytics, and payment providers process data only as needed to deliver those services. Information may be disclosed if required by law. It is not shared with third parties for their advertising.
7. Retention
Enquiry and consultation records are kept as long as needed to deliver the work, follow up, keep accounts, and meet basic record-keeping needs, then deleted or archived with limited access.
8. Your requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information from a form submission by using the contact form and stating that it is a privacy request. Accounting records of a completed payment may need to be kept even if a message is deleted.
9. GDPR (visitors in the EEA / UK)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the following also applies.
Legal bases. Contact and booking forms are processed to take steps at your request and, if you book, to perform a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Accepting the Terms and the non-refundable payment policy is recorded as your agreement to those terms. Google Analytics is used for legitimate interest in understanding site traffic (Art. 6(1)(f)); you can block it with browser controls or an analytics opt-out.
Your rights. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of the personal data you submitted, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Use the contact form for that request. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Cookies and analytics. This site uses Google Analytics, which may set cookies to measure visits. No advertising cookies are set by this site. PayPal checkout may set cookies on PayPal’s domain under PayPal’s policy.
Transfers. The site and form submissions may be processed in the United States. By sending a form you understand that transfer. Providers are used only to operate the site, email, analytics, and payments.
This is a small professional practice, not a large platform. There is no separate data-protection officer. Privacy questions go through the same contact form as everything else.
10. International visitors
The site may store data in the United States. By submitting a form you understand that your information may be processed there.
11. Changes
If this policy changes in a material way, the date above will be updated. Continued use of the site after that date is the new policy in effect.
12. Contact
Use the contact form for any privacy or GDPR request. Also see the Terms & Conditions.
