Terms & Conditions
Last updated 14 August 2026. These terms apply to every service booked through muhammadasubhani.xyz.
1. Agreement
By submitting a booking request, checking the payment-terms box, or completing a payment, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not book or pay.
Services are delivered by Muhammad Afzal Subhani through BlocksGenie Technologies LLC. Questions go through the contact form — not a public email address.
2. Services covered
These terms cover the practices listed on the consultation pages:
- AI & automation consultation
- Hosting-business consultation
- Blockchain & Web3 consultation
- Product & startup consultation
- Sales and growth consultation
- Speaking (keynote, panel, fireside, event host) and speaker preparation
- Private founder advisory and other retainers, when confirmed in writing
Consultation is strategic guidance, review, and recommendations based on what you share. It does not guarantee business, financial, technical, marketing, fundraising, or operational results. Those depend on your market, team, timing, and execution.
3. What is not included
Unless a selected package expressly says otherwise, a session does not include implementation, software development, infrastructure setup, hiring, or ongoing operations. That work can be scoped separately.
Consulting packages provide strategy, recommendations, and advisory support. Hands-on implementation, development, server configuration, WHMCS configuration, infrastructure procurement, and third-party services are not included unless separately contracted. Where a package includes a written deliverable, it is a concise strategy document — not a full technical specification, and not ongoing work between sessions.
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, securities, or investment advice. Web3, tokenization, RWA, and fundraising discussions are commercial and product guidance only — not an offer to sell securities and not a substitute for licensed counsel. You remain responsible for law and regulation in every place you operate.
4. Booking
Submitting the intake form is a booking request. For consultation packages and speaker preparation, you complete PayPal checkout on the last step of the form. A session is confirmed after the brief is reviewed, a time is agreed in writing, and PayPal payment has cleared. Keynote, panel, fireside, and event-host requests remain availability requests: there is no instant charge, and confirmation follows a separate agreement or invoice.
Prices on the site are starting prices in USD. Scope that differs from the listed package may be repriced before you pay.
5. Payment
Consultation packages and speaker preparation are paid on this website through PayPal. Card and bank details are entered on PayPal’s checkout, not stored on this site. Completing PayPal checkout is payment for the selected package under these terms.
Monthly advisory plans (Founder Advisory, Fractional Growth Advisory, and Private Founder Advisory) are billed every month through a PayPal subscription at the listed starting price until you cancel. The first month is charged at checkout. Cancelling the PayPal subscription stops further monthly charges; unused hours in a paid period still expire at the end of that period. Fourteen days’ written notice to end a retainer still applies as set out in section 12.
Payment is due before the session unless a written retainer says otherwise. Fees pay for time and judgment, not for a particular result.
You must confirm that you have read these Terms — including the refund policy — before payment is completed. Checking the box on the booking form, and completing payment, are both acceptance of that policy.
6. Refunds — all paid fees are non-refundable
Once payment is made, all fees are non-refundable. This applies to every service on this site: consultation packages, speaker preparation, speaking engagements that have been invoiced, retainers already paid, and any other paid work.
There is no refund for change of mind, unused time, a missed session, or dissatisfaction with strategic advice. Payment cannot be reversed once it has cleared.
You may request to reschedule at least 24 hours before the confirmed time. A reschedule is a new date for the same paid session — not a refund. Sessions missed without timely notice may be treated as delivered, with no credit.
If I cancel or cannot deliver the session, I will offer a new date at no extra charge. If we cannot agree a new date, the fee for that undelivered session will be returned. That is the only case in which money is sent back.
7. Scheduling
Dates and times on the form are preferences. The confirmed slot and meeting link are sent in writing after payment (or after an invitation is accepted). You are responsible for joining on time with a working connection.
Multi-session packages must be used within the engagement period stated on the package (for example, Hosting Launch Advisory: three sessions of up to 60 minutes, within 45 days of the first session; Web3 Strategy Blueprint: one 45-minute follow-up within 30 days of delivery of the written blueprint). Unused sessions expire at the end of that period and are not refundable.
8. Speaking and event engagements
Keynote, panel, fireside, and event-host requests are availability requests, not instant purchases. Listed prices are starting professional fees in USD for the United States unless otherwise stated. International engagements are individually quoted and generally start higher. The final fee depends on format, location, preparation, audience, recording or usage rights, and travel.
A speaking or hosting engagement is not confirmed until a separate engagement agreement or proposal is accepted and any required deposit is received. Website Terms describe the general relationship; event-specific travel, deposits, cancellation, recording rights, and schedule are set in that agreement.
Event organizers are responsible for providing final event details, schedules, technical requirements, venue information, and other reasonably requested information within agreed timelines. Travel, accommodation, transportation, visas, and related expenses are not included in starting fees. Where travel is required, the organizer is responsible for mutually agreed round-trip transportation or airfare, appropriate hotel accommodation, and necessary ground transportation. Tickets and lodging may be booked by the organizer or purchased by the consultant and reimbursed, as agreed in writing before confirmation.
Organizer-requested cancellations, postponements, material schedule changes, additional sessions, extended attendance, recording or content-usage rights, or material changes to the agreed scope may be subject to additional terms or fees as specified in the engagement agreement. Event hosting is scoped as half-day (up to 4 consecutive hours) or full-day (up to 8 hours) in the proposal — not unlimited attendance.
Speaker preparation is a paid virtual consultation at the listed price and follows the same payment and refund rules as other consultation packages. It does not include speechwriting, slide design, event booking, or representation.
9. Your materials
You confirm that what you send is accurate enough to discuss in good faith, and that you have the right to share it. Do not send passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or live production credentials. How information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
Where a package includes pre-session review, that review is capped as stated on the package. Web3 Project Review is limited to up to three core documents or links and a maximum of 60 minutes of review. Web3 Strategy Blueprint is limited to up to five core documents or links and a maximum of two hours of assessment. MVP Blueprint and Sales & Growth Blueprint are each limited to up to three relevant documents or links and a maximum of 60 minutes of review; those written blueprints are approximately 4–6 pages. Additional materials may be declined or quoted separately. Written blueprints do not include unlimited revisions.
10. Confidentiality
Non-public business information you share for a session is treated as confidential and is not used to compete with you. This does not cover information that is public, independently known, or required to be disclosed by law. A separate NDA can be signed before a session if you need one.
11. Intellectual property
You keep ownership of materials you provide. Notes and recommendations from the session may be used by you internally. They are not a license to republish the consultant’s methods as your product, and they are not work-for-hire unless a separate agreement says so.
12. Founder Advisory engagement
Founder Advisory services — including the Product & Startup Founder Advisory plan and Private Founder Advisory — are provided on an independent contractor basis and do not establish an employment, partnership, agency, joint venture, or other employment-type relationship between the Consultant and Client.
Advisory plans provide access to up to the number of consulting hours specified in the purchased plan during each applicable monthly billing period. For Founder Advisory at $999/month, that allocation is up to 20 advisory hours per month (approximately up to 5 hours per week), scheduled by mutual availability. For Fractional Growth Advisory, the advertised starting plan is from $1,500/month for up to 10 advisory hours per month; higher involvement may be quoted separately. Hours may be used for private strategy sessions and related product, technology, development-strategy, positioning, monetization, go-to-market, sales, partnership, and growth discussions. Reasonable email or message communication related to active advisory matters is included. Unlimited WhatsApp, Slack, or similar access is not included.
Meetings and advisory activities are scheduled based on mutual availability. Advisory hours are not guaranteed to be available on demand and do not constitute dedicated staffing, full-time or part-time employment, a Head of Sales or CRO role, daily operational or sales-team management, employee supervision, recruiting, software development, project management, hands-on implementation, lead generation execution, cold calling, prospecting, appointment setting, CRM administration, advertising or campaign management, closing deals on the client’s behalf, unlimited meetings, unlimited messaging, team management, or legal, accounting, investment, or financial advice.
The Client is responsible for timely communication, scheduling, providing requested information, materials, access, feedback, and approvals necessary for the advisory engagement.
Unused advisory hours expire at the end of the applicable billing period and do not roll over, accumulate, or convert into credits unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fees for an advisory billing period are non-refundable once that billing period has commenced, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Client-caused delays, missed meetings, lack of responsiveness, failure to schedule available advisory time, or failure to provide required information do not entitle the Client to a refund, credit, extension, or rollover.
If a scheduled session must be rescheduled due to the Consultant’s unavailability, reasonable efforts will be made to provide an alternative time without reducing the Client’s applicable advisory allocation.
Private Founder Advisory and other retainers start after PayPal monthly billing is active and the brief is accepted. Either party may end a month-to-month retainer with 14 days’ written notice unless a different term is agreed. You must also cancel the PayPal subscription so later months are not charged.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability arising from a service is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. The consultant is not liable for lost profits, lost data, failed launches, investment losses, or indirect damages.
14. Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top will change when they do. Bookings already paid are governed by the terms in force on the date of payment, unless a change is required by law.
15. Contact
